Tim Graves, Partner
Tim grew up near Philadelphia and graduated from Penn State with a BA in Marketing. He has 25 years of experience selling medical devices, including 15 years with Biomet. He has extensive knowledge of spine and fracture fundamentals and has been a part of the training for over 80 residents at UCSF, Stanford and UC Davis Teaching hospitals. He helped to found Focus Surgical in 2014. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
Bijan Homayounfar, Partner
Bijan grew up in Palo Alto and earned his BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara. After a distinguished career with Stryker in trauma, he worked with several startups in biologics, and unique spine implants. He then went on to help found Focus Surgical in 2014. He lives in Alamo with his wife and three children.
Gundy Jones, Partner
Gundy grew up in Danville and earned his BA in Public Administration from San Diego State University. After six years as a PGA Golf professional, he launched a successful career in Orthopedic Sales working for a leading independent medical device distributor. He joined the management team of Focus Surgical as a Partner in 2014. Gundy lives with his wife and four children in Danville.
